Nathan is the Assistant Manager in the Southfields office. He has worked in the industry for three years and is passionate about providing the best customer service possible for all of his clients. Great service but needs to be more transparent

I believe the Mortgage Service was good and I have already recommended it to my friends it but I would like to have seen Barnard Marcus share more information with us via email, therefore allowing us to digest our options a bit better, instead of just what we remembered from our discussions with the agent. Once we agreed on something we have received enough information via email to read, review and understand. But we only received one montage option via email and the system looks very opaque and we would have welcomed a bit more transparency
