We bought our home through WH Brown Hatfield, we were looking for a number of months and went in many viewings with them and other agents, we made offers on several homes. These guys were by far the best, very professional, but friendly as well. We did many viewings with Courtney, who got to know us and the children and what we wanted. Beth & Victoria were also great throughout the process, and if Becca and Courtney were not around, they could answer our questions and never tried to fob us off. Many other agents were extremely difficult to get hold of, never returned calls for viewings or offers, and were outright rude. Becca was amazing at chasing up the solicitors and making sure everyone in the chain was pulling their weight, and responding in good time, even if it was her own seller that needed a gentle nudge. These guys struck the balance between working with buyer and seller perfectly. If we had a house to sell here, I would undoubtedly use these guys. show more

Recently bought a property through William HBrown, and Victoria was leading this. Victoria kept up to date most weeks of where we were, let us know when our solicitors were being chased so we could follow this up. All in all a great experience buying through them. show more
